Why Africa?

Sunday, 04 March 2012 17:48

Africa is a place to witness the love of Jesus Christ front-and-center.

Air Support Prayer Team

Monday, 09 January 2012 21:43

It’s much more effective to provide ground cover and blow holes through enemy lines from the air than on the ground. That’s what I learned from praying for these Gospel Festivals....

blog-homeward_boundSimon and Garfunkel play softly in my mind "Home, where my loved ones are waiting, silently for me".

It is Finished

Sunday, 09 January 2011 19:29

It is finished.

These were the last three words Jesus uttered before he gave up his spirit. I'm not saying that I could ever understand the relief he experienced in that moment. But I've come closer to it today more than any other day of my life.

Finding the Balance

Monday, 03 January 2011 11:50

SUNDAY! SUNDAY! SUNDAY!

Sunday, 02 January 2011 16:57

The Sunday before a Crusade is an absolute blitz! Our goal is to promote the Crusade to as many churches as possible. Our goal was to preach at 20 churches.

But before we were able preach at the churches in Gisenyi we had to drive 4 hours across Rwanda from Kigali. We stayed the night in Kigali because Dana, Karman and Randy were coming in last night and we wanted to receive them in typical Rwandan fashion. This entails collecting a large team to receive the honored guests.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

I was able to bring in the New Year with 400 of my newest friends.

I started preaching at an AOG church at 11:35 pm. My translator whispered to me as I was taking the microphone “preach until 12 am and then we will all pray together”. So I had around 25 minutes to fill. It goes by fast when the language you are interpreting into is twice as long as yours.
